Our terms and conditions together with the documents referred to in them tell you the basis on which Gloss It will supply goods to you. Please be sure to read these carefully before placing an order, as by ordering you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. That being said we want you to know that our terms and conditions are designed to make you aware that we'll never share your private data, our site is secure and your consumer rights are protected. Gloss It retains the title of the goods until orders are paid in full.

Retuning Products must meet the following conditions:

  • We receive the goods within 14 days of dispatch.
  • Items and their packaging are UNOPENED & UNUSED.
  • Items are received with a copy of the original invoice, reason for return and return reference number (call our sales team for details).
  • Items are returned with the carriage paid.
  • Products unboxed and used: We can not issue a refund, due to the current situation with the COVID-19 virus, we can not accept any unboxed/opened products.
  • Any returned items and/or canceled orders will be refunded LESS the Shipping Costs and a 15% Restocking Fee
  • Any returned items that qualified for Free Shipping will be less a flat rate shipping fee of $20 in addition to the 15% restocking fee.

 

If a product develops a fault you should contact us to make us aware as soon as possible - by email or by phone. We provide warranty on products and packaging up to six months from date of purchase, excluding products that are deemed a consumable item - such as microfiber towels, wash mitts, brushes and other items that will invariably be subject to wear and tear from intended use. These are only covered for a period of 3 months from purchase date.

In all cases you must be willing to supply proof of purchase in the form of an order ID, invoice, or confirmation email.

Gloss It will not be held liable or responsible for any additional costs incurred by products shipped or ordered in error.

All items ordered before 3:00pm are shipped the same day with DPD for the UK & Europe, we use FedEx for the rest of the world unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering. Orders placed after 3:00pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays, in which case it will be the next working day). If the item is out of stock for whatever reason you will be emailed within 24hrs to inform you of this.

In all cases "working day" refers to the next day of business between Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday & Sunday as well as all public holidays in US in which case we will be closed.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Orders that are over $75 after all discounts have been applied and are also shipping within the contiguous US are eligible for free shipping.

Verbal orders are accepted but will need email confirmation or payment over the phone by credit/debit card. Gloss It is not held responsible for typographic errors within catalog, advertisements or price sheets. All uptodate prices are available on our website.

We accept all major credit and debit cards online or by telephone, all online transactions are processed securely by our payment partners Authorize.net and PayPal. For customers who wish to pay via bank transfer, please contact us for details.
